Just thought I'd let you know. I can't exactly tell you the address YET. As of now, it is terribly, terribly, painfully EMPTY. So once it's really, officially up and running. You'll be the first to know!

Hint: It's not on LiveJournal! ;-)

What? Just ooooneee wish? ;-)
Well, I wish for summer to never, ever end. School starts in a week, for me. Summer is quickly fading away, unlike most of you who are only just expecting it.

I just love Nick and Norah's Infinite Playlist. Mainly because I love music and I love making silly little mixtapes, too. :-D It was a great movie, don't you think? I liked it so much, I'm gonna start posting my own playlists right here at VividAvenue. Let's start, shall we?
Super-Fun Playlist! ;-)
(Note: It's in no particular order of favoritism.)

• The Hives- Try It Again
Try this song. And then try it again. And again, and again, and again.
•Kelly Clarkson- I Do Not Hook Up
It's just as great, and powerful as My Life Would Suck Without You. Video's good, too!
•Franz Ferdinand- No You Girls (Never Know)
It's upbeat and it's funky! I love it.
•Ok Go- Do What You Want
I've come to love this song because it's always played when I play Burnout.
•The Killers- When You Were Young
Aw. I heart this. I heart this very much.

Recently, I bought myself a copy of The Graveyard Book by Neil Gaiman. I purchased it because I've been hearing some good stuff about it, and I love Neil's work. I was absolutely captivated by Coraline. So, I devoured the book in a couple days. I could barely put it down! I thought it was crazy good. 5, stars! 5 stars, indeed. So if you're looking for a good read, I highly, highly recommend The Graveyard Book. I bet you'll love it as well.

Summary: [Might contain some spoilers]
Nobody Owens', or simply Bod's, family was killed in a gruesome murder by the mysterious man Jack while he was just a wee little baby. Lucky he escapes and finds himself a new home in a graveyard. Here, he is adopted by the kind Owens couple, dead of course. He meets his guardian, Silas, who is neither dead nor alive. There are plenty of adventures in the Graveyard, just waiting for him- an ancient Indigo Man, The Sleer, still awaiting its master, a gateway to a city so ruined only ghouls got take interest in it.The Graveyard book is a heartwarming tale about growing up, and finding family and friends in the oddest of places. But even Bod knows he can't hide in the Graveyard forever....

Yes, FINALLY. I now have my first official blog post. I spent two days searching for a really cool theme. But now, I love my current one and I wanna stick with it. So first off, I think I should tell you what you're getting yourself into.

I scorn the practical and logical.
And, I find fulfillment in a tall glass of strawberry milk.

You can check my profile if you want. But I assure you. That is all the info about me you will ever need. Really. ;-)
Also, I take passion in amateur Photoshop work, so maybe more than once in a while I would share 'em with you. I like to make a lot of stuff: graphics, icons, actions, brushes, and plenty more. And if you'd like, maybe you'd like to download from my DeviantArt profile? ;-D

So anyway, be nice to me and we'll get along fine. Trust me. I don't bite.

Most of the time, anyway. :-)
